INTRODUCTORY CLASS
Carrie’s Pilates Weho strongly recommends that you begin your journey with our world class workout by taking at least one Intro or Beginner level class at our studio.
You will learn:
• How to maneuver the Transformer, our advanced machine that challenges your limits and transforms your body.
• Proper form that allows you to work hard while keeping your body safe from injury.
• Effective stretches to begin and end your workout, increasing flexibility and helping you move with ease.

ARRIVING TO CLASS
New Clients:
Please arrive 15 minutes before class to get oriented on the Transformer.
If you arrive too late to be introduced to the machine, we reserve the right to deny entry for safety reasons.
All Other Clients:
If you are not present at the start time of your reserved class, your spot may be given to a standby client.
If you call ahead to let us know you will be late, we will hold your spot.
If you do not call and we release the spot to someone else, your session will be lost.
If no one is waiting, you may still attend.
Thank you for your cooperation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 12 hour cancellation is required before class begins to avoid penalties.
There are no exceptions.
REGULAR PRICE SESSION MEMBERS
If you fail to cancel at least 12 hours in advance or do not show up to class, you will lose the session.
30 DAY PASS MEMBERS & SALE CLASS PACKS (EX. LABOR DAY SALE)
Late Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 12 hours before class, you will lose the class and be charged a $15 Late Cancellation Fee.
No Show:
If you do not show up for a confirmed session, you will lose the class and be charged a $20 No Show Fee.
WAITLIST
The waitlist guarantees a spot if one opens up.
The system automatically adds clients when someone cancels with 14+ hours notice.
When this happens, you will receive an email confirming you were added to the class.
If you use the waitlist, it is your responsibility to check:
• Your schedule
• Your email
• Your account
This ensures you do not double-book yourself.
The system will not add you to class with less than 14 hours remaining.
This gives you time to early cancel if needed.
Once added, you must cancel before the 12 hour window to avoid fees.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
• All sales are final. No refunds.
• Classes are non transferable and non extendable.
• All unlimited packages: limited to one class per day.
If you wish to take more than one class, the booking system will offer the option to purchase an additional session.
• Class switches can only be made through Carrie’s Pilates Plus online booking system, not ClassPass or Mindbody.
All class switches require a $15 change fee.
• 30 Day Pass Members: a valid credit card must remain on file.
If not, your account will be suspended until updated.
• When you schedule a class, you are paying for the workout, not a specific trainer.
Trainers may change without notice.
No refunds will be issued for trainer changes or late cancel/no show fees.
• Carrie’s is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Carrie’s reserves the right to refuse service.
